CURRENT UPDATE(4/22) ---The D system is on. The C system (South Smithfield) will be filling at the first of the week (April 27) The B and the E system (City System) are still waiting on the construction going on with our diversions. As soon as the contractors notify us that we are ready for water we will turn them on.
