WATER RESTRICTIONS NOW IN EFFECT

It is that time again.

 We need to cut back the amount of water each shareholder is using.  For those living in the city, only water on the odd or even day depending on your house number. (If your house number is an even number only water on the even days of the month, If your house number is an odd number only water on the odd days of the month,) For those who water fields use no more than 12 hour sets.  Not everyone has their contact info or emails set up so don't be shy about sharing this information with your neighbors.  

 

2024 INVOICES ARE OVERDUE

On March 4, 2025 the board made a change in our assessment collections by allowing an additional 2 months to the deadline. That will be  better for those needing tax returns to pay the bill and by then we will be into our next water season. If we need to go door to door to collect we will also shut the water off at that time with a substantial reconnect fee. Our bylaws state that we need to clear the books every year so if the accounts are not paid then we will advertise and sell the water shares.
